RETURN POLICY

VERVET denim will issue a refund within 12 days of purchase in the original form of payment.
All returns must be in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

Returns will only be accepted after completing the returns process online.
Items sent back without authorization will not be our responsibility.
You must report any defective item(s) or wrongly shipped item(s) within 2 days from the day of delivery.
We will only honor a return or exchange for defective or wrongly shipped item(s) if reported within 2 days from the date of delivery.
If you send this type or order/return back to us, we will not be responsible for it.

Heavily discounted items marked final sale are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.
We will not be responsible for any final sale items that are shipped back to us.

Please note that all shipping costs is non-refundable unless the merchandise shipped is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Customer will send the merchandise back with their own shipping label.
Upon review we will reimburse the customer the shipping costs only if the merchandise has defects or if the wrong item was shipped.
Returns received back after 12 days from the delivery date will not be accepted and is not our responsibility.

Please be advised that VERVET denim Is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a customer refuse shipment on your order and it is ships back to us, we will cancel the order and the customer will have to place a new one.

Once a return arrives at our warehouse, it will take us 7-10 days to receive, review, and process.
You will get a notification once your return has been complete.

We will only accept returns for items purchased from the VERVET denim website. No exceptions.
This return process is only offered for orders within the USA.
International orders are not eligible for return.
