MAP POLICY

Effective Date: November 17, 2025

1. Purpose

This Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy is established to protect the integrity, perceived value, and competitiveness of the VERVET and Lovervet brands across all retail and online sales channels. The policy ensures consistent advertised pricing, prevents unfair price erosion, and supports both retailers and consumers through a stable marketplace.

2. Policy Overview

• This MAP Policy applies to all advertised prices, including but not limited to online stores, marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.), email marketing, social media promotions, third-party listings, print, and any public advertising.
• MAP reflects the lowest publicly visible advertised price; it does not dictate the final checkout or negotiated selling price.
• All resellers must comply strictly with the MAP floors listed below.

• No Advertisements Below MAP: Retailers may not publicly advertise prices below MAP, including through visible promo codes or cart-revealed pricing.
• Approved Promotions: Only brand-approved promotions may temporarily allow MAP reductions, and must be granted in writing.
• Bundle Pricing: Bundles must reflect MAP floors for each included product.
• Private Selling: Retailers may sell below MAP privately as long as the reduced price is not visible before checkout.
• Marketplace Compliance: Resellers must maintain full MAP compliance on third-party platforms under their control.

Marketplace & ASIN Control

1. Only authorized sellers may list our products on Amazon, Walmart, Target, and similar marketplaces.
2. No retailer may create new or duplicate ASINs for any GLY, INC. brand product.
3. Titles, bullets, images, and descriptions may not be altered without approval.
4. All listings must use brand-approved data.
5. Unauthorized listings must be corrected or removed within 48 hours.

5. Enforcement

1. First Violation: Written warning; must correct within 48 hours.
2. Second Violation: Temporary suspension of ordering privileges.
3. Repeated or Severe Violations: Permanent wholesale account termination.

6. Monitoring & Compliance

Our company actively monitors retailer sites, marketplace listings, and promotional materials for MAP compliance. Automated and manual review tools are used.

7. Amendments

This MAP Policy may be updated at any time. Continued purchasing or selling of our products indicates acceptance of the most current version.
