SHIPPING POLICY
Greetings from VERVET Wholesale! We are committed to ensuring a seamless shipping experience for your wholesale orders. Here's a detailed overview of our shipping policy:
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: UPS Ground: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). UPS 3 Day Select: Opt for this option for faster delivery within 3 business days. FedEx Ground: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Pick Up: Conveniently collect your order in person from our warehouse.
ORDER PROCESSING AND TRANSIT: Order Processing Time: Orders placed after 10:00 am PST will generally be shipped on the following day. Friday orders will be dispatched on the following Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday. Weekends and Holidays: Shipping times are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders will not be shipped during these periods.
ORDER FULFILLMENT CLARIFICATION: All in-stock items are processed and shipped as soon as possible without the need for additional customer confirmation. Pre-order or back-ordered items will be automatically shipped once they become available. If you wish to receive confirmation prior to shipment, please notify our customer service team at the time of order placement.
NOTIFICATIONS: You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Import/Export Regulations: International orders may require additional time due to import/export regulations. Tax and Duties: International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties associated with their order. Billing Information: Please ensure accurate billing information to avoid delays in shipping your order.
SPECIAL NOTES: P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses: Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Multiple Shipments: If you wish to ship merchandise to two or more locations, kindly place separate orders for each location.
